Refund & Return Policy

At Bea. by Bre Luxe Rewear, we take pride in giving beautiful hair a second life. Because many of our items are pre-loved, refurbished, previously styled, or available in limited quantities, all sales are final unless there is an issue with your order as described below.

We make every effort to clearly disclose the condition of each item, including previous wear, alterations, customization, cut lace or wefts, styling, and other relevant details. Please carefully review all product photos, descriptions, quantities, and condition notes before completing your purchase.

Final Sale

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Color, texture, length, density, or style preferences when accurately represented in the listing
  • Difficulty installing, styling, maintaining, or customizing the hair
  • Previously disclosed alterations, customization, wear, or imperfections
  • Differences in appearance after washing, air-drying, or styling when these possibilities were disclosed in the listing
  • Purchasing an incorrect quantity or misunderstanding a clearly stated “sold per pack,” “sold per bundle,” or similar quantity disclosure
  • Other characteristics that were accurately shown or disclosed before purchase

Because our inventory is limited and may include pre-loved hair products, we cannot guarantee that another identical item will be available for an exchange.

Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If you receive the wrong item, an incorrect quantity, an item damaged in transit, or an item that is materially different from its listing description, please contact us at beabybre.shop@gmail.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos and/or video showing the issue

We will review the information provided and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances and available inventory, a resolution may include:

  • Sending a missing or replacement item at no additional cost
  • A partial refund for a missing or affected portion of the order
  • A replacement or exchange, when appropriate and inventory permits
  • A full refund when the circumstances warrant one

The appropriate resolution will depend on the specific issue and will be determined after the order has been reviewed.

Approved Returns

Although regular returns are not accepted, Bea. by Bre Luxe Rewear may authorize a return when necessary to resolve an eligible order issue.

If a return is required, you will receive return instructions and, when appropriate, a return shipping label.

Do not send an item back without contacting us and receiving return authorization first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

If a return is authorized, the item must be returned in the condition in which it was received and with all included items and packaging unless otherwise instructed.

Refunds

When a refund or partial refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Once processed, the time required for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by Bea. by Bre Luxe Rewear or another circumstance in which we determine that refunding shipping is appropriate.

Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

U.S. Standard Shipping: $12 flat rate. Estimated transit time is typically 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier.

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.
